Maggie Grace is an American actor who was born Margaret Grace Denig in 1983. Her most well-known roles are Shannon Rutherford, a character on ABC's Lost series and Kim Mills from the Taken trilogy. Born in Worthington Ohio she left high school and moved into Los Angeles with her mother when her parents separated. Although she was struggling financially and in the beginning, she made her acting debut in the role of Rachel's Room's main character. In 2002 she was nominated to receive a Young Artist Award with her part as the 15-year-old murder victim Martha Moxley. Grace Rutherford was the character Shannon Rutherford for Lost's first two seasons in 2004 and was awarded a Screen Actors Guild Award (with other cast members) alongside her.
